Flat bottom drill bits

I need to drill some flat bottom holes in hardwood. (12mm diam)
Ones I used previously are a bit like engineering end mill bits.

Is there a particular name for these bits …. So I can find one on-line.
 
I thought of that, but forstner have only cutting face.
One I was thinking of have normal flutes like a twist drill, but flat cutting face with a centre Brad point. Nearest I have found is a dowel drill
