I'm replacing hot/cold bath taps with a shower mixer but hot is on the right and I need to swap over the supply using flexi hose.

From the isolation valve to the taps ...

The existing hot water just uses 15mm copper tube.

But the cold water starts off with 15mm then to 22mm and finally back to 15mm at the tap.

Am I ok to just use a couple of 15mm flexi hoses?

You can do, but be aware that flexi hoses severely restrict the flow of water compared to copper pipe, as their internal diameter is significantly smaller
