it's not an easy job to remove individual floor boards - but that's what u will need to do.
u need to be very careful with electric cables & gas/ch/water pipes underneath.
if i can see what i'm doing (ie from an already lifted floor board) i normally use an electric circular saw to cut along the tongue with depth set to 20mm. i cut any remaining depth manually.
for the cross cuts i drill a 9mm hole adjacent the joist and then use jig saw. u then have to nail a piece of 3x2 by say 150lg to the joist using 4" nails/lump hammer to support the floorboard when putting it back. alternatively u can cut centrally over the joist - but cables/pipes tend to be there.
on the 1st floorboard being lifted u need to be 100% sure there are no pipes or cable and i suggest u do the drilling until you are almost through, then switch electrics and water off before punching the last bit out with a chisel. then use manual saw (pad saw & tennon) to make the rest of the cuts until you are sure there are no cables/pipes.
fix the lifted floorboards back with screws not nails.
