Hi does anybody konw if it is possible to get floor mounted fused spurs as same as the floor monted sockets??

If so then I have never seen an FCU version.
What are you trying to achieve? You can mount a bog standard FCU into a cavity floor box like this:

as others have said what is this for?
its a lousy place to have a switch and a FCU for an appliance kinda implies a level of permance that goes against the whole point of floor sockets (which is to let you put a desk/use portable tools/etc anywhere without having to run cables accross the floor).
