Hi, First time using this so please forgive any mistakes :)
I went to a job at the beginning of the month as the tenants boiler (as above) kept on shutting down. I found that whenever the hot and cold water are mixing the hot shuts off. If the hots on alone then it can run for ages.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it??

Thanks in advance

If you are repairing boilers then you should be gas registered.

If this is the case, then email your details to admin@diynot and he will arrange for access to be granted to the restricted Combustion Chamber where trade enquires should be asked and where we can give you advice on gas related matters.

You will need to explain rather more clearly whats wrong as I dont understand what you have said so so far.

I have never seen a floor standing Suprima 24 ! What kind of boiler is it?

Tony

which is a bit worrying

how do you get spares when you can't identify the boiler

Is the Promax not wall mounted also, it might be a dreaded powermax
