l would like to lay ceramic floor tiles on top of existing floor tiles and would like to ask the experts what floor adhesive l should use, and if to use ready mixed or powder mix .
Is it best to use adhesive and grout separate or is there a ready mix or powder mix that will do both ..

powder mix every time, dispersion(ready mixed) adhesives are no good on non -porous substrates.
which to use depends really on the substrate that the previous tile are on and whether you may need something flexible.
Look at the range of Bal or tilemaster adhesives, most will be suitable for tiling over tile.
separate adhesive and grout every time, most fix and grout adhesives don't to either that well
