Floor Tiling

I've been given a quote to tile an area totalling 18sqm, consisting of the floor in a hall, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is a new build in Scotland so house empty and skirtings only tacked on. Labour price is good at £20 per sqm but charging £100 for materials NOT including the tiles. Is this about right for grout and adhesive for this area of flooring?
