Tile on Tile skirting

I have tiled the floor and walls of my bathroom but now wish to skirt the bottom with thin pieces of the ceramic floor tile I cut up.

Can I use hot melt glue or "no more nails" to attach the skirting tile to the wall tiles or must I buy more tiling adhesive?

Also

Is it correct I should silicone the floor to skirt joint and grout the skirt to wall joint?

I assume you are putting the tiles over other tiles,if so you could use no more nails/grab adhesive but I would personally use tile adhesive.

Yes silicone the wall floor joint,if you are tiling over the wall tiles with the skirt then you could grout or silicone on the top gap/join.
