Because of the slightly wonky layout of my old flat, the wood flooring in my hallway meets the door to my study at a bit of an angle. I’m going to be fitting the same wood flooring in my study next week (hopefully). Is it best to have the pieces of flooring aligned with those in the hallway (which will mean it’s not straight with the study walls), or vice versa ie straight with the walls but then at a slight angle to the hallway? Or should I do something different, eg have the flooring in my study at 90 degrees, parallel to the door threshold?
