I don't fully understand your question. You state that your 2 rear doors lock when you push the lock button on the key, as do your boot and 2 front doors, but then you go on to say it won't lock manually using the drivers door lock.
Are you having problems with it locking or not?

sorry.. my 2 passenger doors will NOT lock, manually or with key....
That sounds to me like it is the central locking mechanism has packed up. Very common problem on the focus. That is assuming it is a Mk1/1.5 1998-2004
