ford puma.

Hi All,

I have a 1.7 ford puma and it started to run really rough
today.
I plugged a computer in to it and it said 'missfire cylinder 2' and a code
'p0302' but i dont know what this means.
I have put new plugs in but still the same.
Could it be the coil block???

It means what it says,you have a misfire on No.2 cylinder which could be caused by one of a few things.

1) check for a spark at No.2.

2) check compression.

3)If both the above check out o.k. then look to the fuel supply of this cylinder.

promblem solved.

It was the coil pack,£40 and fitted it myself.
