I need to produce some utility tables, I have used Speedframe in the past but I want these tables to be self assembly and easily taken apart if necessary. I am looking for square section 25mm approx wood based/mdf but coated as in the furniture boards with plain colour, I used to call them Contiboards. I am not sure if what I am looking for exists, I have done some internet searching with no luck. I would like to use the type of fixiings used on most self assembly furniture, so a point in the right direction for a supplier of these would also be helpful.

Contiboard is generally in sheets, I haven't seen it in square sections.
The fixings you want are sold by Screwfix and Woodfit.
