Lump hammer  Or angle grinder with a diamond blade and two timesaver couplings and a lenght of timesaver.

Cast iron prices are poor not worth collecting.

thanks for your reply
can only use cast due to building having a preservation order that why im looking just to removing pipe and cleaning it out and refitting, but pipe is solid , looking for ways to release pipe

hammer and screwdiver. carefully chisel away at the putty and rope seal in the spigot. As for the wall bolts, you may need to hacksaw them off inbetween the wall and bracket.

Timesaver is cast iron.

you might find the joints were done with rope and molten lead, you could be lucky and get them picked out

would some heat around joints help loosing joints to remove pipe

Yes but you are better off cutting the section out if it's in the middle or even at the bottom of the stack.

Timesaver is the only way to do this without giving yourself a real hard time.

yes i would love to just cut out the blocked area of down pipe and replace it
customer is trying to keep cost down, that why im looking for ways to loosing cast pipe from joints, down pipe is only 50 inch from ground were a joints is , so it easy to work with

you need to decide whether hire of grinder and timesaver coupling is more or less expensive than the time it will take you to pick out joint and remove pipe
