Front door locking itself without turning key

Hi

I've got a problem with my upvc front door. The door is randomly locking itself when the door handle is pulled upwards. This will happen regardless of whether they're is a key in either side of the lock.

I can't understand what's causing it as the locking points all seem ok and the euro lock works OK.

Any ideas? I've already locked myself out once!!
