Galaxy Ethernet addition

Hi,

I've just upgraded my G2 C-012 alarm with the ethernet module.

I've connected the wires and powered up with no fault code.

However, i'm not sure what information i should be inputting into the mobile app to connect to the panel.

Is anyone able to help?

Have you setup the Ethernet module? i.e. IP or have you left it all as default? When adding the module and doing an engineer exit, was the Ethernet module found/added?

You need to find the IP the module is using and in the app enter this IP, the port is likely to be default 10001. Is the APP the Honeywell or the selfmon app?

The Honeywell module offers no remote control on the G2 series, only reporting of alarm events.
Only the LCE-04 module provides remote control with the G2 panels and SelfMon apps.

Its the Honeywell app. I left it as default

The Honeywell GX App and E080-4 do not give any remote control of the G2 panel. Only LCE-01 and the SelfMon VirtualKeypad App will work with the G2.
