Hi.my garage door stuck today while closing by remote.i tried to open it so might close again.it opened but didn't stop where it should stop normally but carried on opening till it came out of side tracks.its roller door.i opened it manually and put it in track channel.tried it with remote and it opens but not fully .by closing it it carries on closing and doesn't stop on touching the ground.it only stops when fully wound out of roller housing.it would stop if we press remote.does it need reseting on main control box.help please.
