Garage floor should it be level

Hi all what are the regs on garage floor my garage is pretty bad in place's pictures below

Looks normal to me?
As in level, most have a fall towards the door so any water heads out. My 50's garage floor has all sorts of bumps and lumps.
You could use a compound to smooth it, I wouldn't know what is strong enough.
My floor is painted with floor paint, there is an epoxy treatment available. Prep would be important

Yes and burning petrol/oil too.
I think the finish in a garage doesn't have to be top notch, but I'm not sure what the nhbc standards are on that.
 
It should be level, and reasonably flat.

It's a garage floor so the surface does not need to be like it's your front room.

However if this is new work, it will depend on your specification that you gave the builders.
