Hi all. I have used this amazing forum for years but never posted.
I want to convert my flat roof garage to pitched. Current height is 2.5 Mtrs. It's on the boundary. I know this is max height permitted development for detached building... but the garage is attached to the house at the front corner.. about a mtr. The property was built this way. Does that mean that I can build the roof higher. It's effectively increasing the height of a lower part of the house.. which seems to alter the criteria?
Just trying to get people's views, before planning.
