Garage roof ball park £

Hi
I have a garage roof to renew the chip board !is rotten.I am going to strip it and re wood it with correct material.Joists all ok,raised edges(sure theres another name for them)all ok.
Would like a ball park figure for some one to re felt and supply felt etc,typical size the size that you can get car in but cant then get out the door.

Work on about 25 - 30 quid a square metre for a three layer high performance torch on system if the roof is ready to go with no rubbish to get rid of.
Make sure it IS ready to go though.
Nothing worse than turning up and finding cocking strip missing or decking not fixed properly etc.

Cocking strip/arris rail/fillet.
It is a piece of triangular timber (usually 2x2 cut down the diagonal length) that is used at the abutment to a roof deck/wall, roof deck/roof edge.
Not always needed but if you ply wood deck a roof and leave gaps around the edges then the cocking strip will span the gap and leave a nice finish to felt to.

EPDM and DIY.
Have a go if you feel competent.
Flat roofing is 'easy' if you know what you are doing.
Lots of builders will do their own tiled roofs but usually get a flat roofer in to do their garages, dormers etc.
It may not be worth the savings in the end.
