Garage Stud Wall - Do I need a membrane?

I plan to install an area within my double garage (as shown in the attached picture). I have also described in the attached how I plan to do the walls and floor.

As you will see from the picture, two of the stud walls go up to the existing garage brick walls that are connected to the house. I am therefore assuming I don't need to put in a breathable membrane between the stud work and the existing brick wall as this is not a "cold" wall.

I have done one of these garage conversation on my previous house, however the garage walls then were not connected to the house, therefore in this case I did use a breathable roofing membrane between the brick and stud work.

Any advice gratefully received
