Garage windows and building regs

I have a double garage (not attached to my house) which needs new windows. Does anyone know if changing these windows comes under building regs given it is only used for parking?

Any help would be appreciated,

No. Windows that are part of house only.

Non habitable rooms do not need to comply with any regs except for safety glazing. So toughened glass if its within 800mm of the floor or 300mm of a door
