Gardtec 800 alarm - no codes

hi, recently moved in to a new house with a gardtec 800 series control
Unit. However we were left no codes and have no idea where to start with resetting the alarm.

Can anyone advise, is this easily fixed by myself or do I need an engineer to come out.
