Gas fire

Not sure if this is the best place for this?? I want to get a gas fire for our living room. The wall it would go on is an outside wall but we have no flue/chimney. I've seen fires with "power flue" which i think is what we need. Any other options/thoughts?? Thanks

Have a look at balanced flues, lot to go wrong on powerflues. Or what about a stove, can get some real fancy ones now.

You could go for a flueless, price wise they're about the same as BF. Only drawback with them is they need an airbrick & the room has to be over a certain size.
