Gas flues

Have Gas flues now have to be room sealed, balanced? Or can a flexi flue go up ceramic chimney stack pots to termination? System boiler, floor standing.

Which boilers are floor standing, conventional vent and can utilise chimney stack?
Boiler is 60-70,000btu .

Flue isn't cheap though.

There are wall hung boilers that can do it too.

There is a nack to fitting them.

You are not kidding, 1000+ for the flue kit!
Cheaper to do total re route on piping, good god!

There are class B flues, but not all boilers can have them.

Atag and Atmos but again it is the same basic kit, just used slightly differently.
