Hi all, I have a fault code on a came zlj24 gate operator C1 with safety on the display and the gates are not closing at all, can anyone throw a light on how I can fix this issue please

I have absolutely no idea, but my guess would be some issue with what ever the gate uses, to detect an obstruction in the path of the gate. Does the gate use an IR beam, perhaps, with a reflector at the far end? Is the beam clear of foliage? Perhaps the reflector has been knocked out of alignment, some are quite critical?

Problems with photo sensor, or safety sensor. push enter key and go to F2, push enter again and go to C1, push enter and go to off. this step is for cancel the security device, the issue disappears now. the check the photo beam if this is misaligned or damage
