Geberit leak question

I have two Geberit wall hung dual flush toilets with no access other than via the flush panel. Both have recently started intermittently filling the cistern for four/seconds every few minutes. Only one of the toilets was evidently leaking into the pan.

Calling Geberit, they suggested replacement of flush valve seal or fill valve seal. A plumber did this and it seems to have fixed the toilet leaking into the pan. However, it hasn't fixed the other toilet and it now trickles constantly (not into pan) and fills cistern every minute or so. The plumber thinks it is leaking within the casing but suggests the only solution is to rip out the tiles, locate the leak source and replace.

Before I proceed with this does anyone have any ideas of possible solutions not yet tried?

More likely to be either faulty flush valve or crud building up on the flush valve seat

Yes, slide to right then lift from right spring is on left. Thank you.
