Glass Splashback / Worktop fitting help

Hi all, ive recently ordered some glass splashbacks and a worktop to revamp my kitchen (un-needed if you ask me, but if you ask the wife its another story).
i decided to have the kitchen measured but to fit them myself to save some cash. the guy that delieverd them did tell me the name of a sealant to use, but ive totally forgotten the brand.
has anyone fitted these before and if so do you have any installation tips?
