Hi
We currently have a boilermate OV upstairs, and a HE12 in the kitchen in a Wimpey house.
We have been in for over a year, and all has been well... Until last week.
We noticed a leak under the ICOS, so an engineer came out and tightened the pipes. - he swears this is all he did!
4 hours later, the gledhill red light started flashing and the system cut out, so only SWITCH mode worked
Gledhil came out, and said that the error code (23) was being displayed, which meant power was being returned from the ICOS. When the electrician came out, it was showing a fuctuating 120v coming back up, but everything else was all ok.
When IDEAL came out, they checked their kit and said everything was fine, but there wasnt enough power getting to their kit from the gledhill - he said he was only getting 16v, not 24v. he replaced the PCB anyway, but still no joy!
Anyone every seen this before? Ideal and gledhill point at each other... and no we dont know where to turn!!
HELP!
