So I had my boiler moved from the kitchen to the understairs cupboard I opened the cupboard to everything soaked, got the plumber out and he suspected that it was the condensing pipe, he advised keep an eye on it let me know. Looked at it this morning floor is wet again so I watched what it was doing. Found two leaks coming from the bottom of the boiler one on the left side one on the right side. The water is gathering up on two screws and dripping from there any idea what is wrong with it or what I should be prepared for?
