my glow-worm 30cxi boiler keeps losing pressure everytime heating is on water is escaping through relief valve and i have had new expansion chamber 12 engineers have tried but still no good please help me

I'd still check the pressure in the EV. Could also be a blocked pipe to the expansion vessel?
Like the above said check EV should have 0.7bar(10psi) and after that the most common one is the hose from the top of the pump block to the EV will be choked up completely.
