Glow worm beta com 30c very noisy!

Hi, I have a Glow worm Betacom 30c that makes an horrendous noise when we draw hot water. It started as only making a noise when we opened the bath tap but now it is when we open the kitchen tap as well. The heating does not effect it.

Any ideas?
