I currently have a back boiler behind the fire but it's old and I'm going to get a combi fitted, but not a combi back boiler. I want to lay laminate floor but i'm not sure whether the plumber will have to go under the floorboards to either remove or cut off the back boiler

Hope someone can help

Thanks

they are usually removed form the fornt and new fire is fitted. theyll also need access to panel at the side of the fire which is where the pump is usually placed and so they can disconnect/remove old disused pipes
