God Bless America

Starmer doing another Tony Blair, with his coalition of the willing stunt.

What is it with these New Labour types and war, they always want to fight to the last drop of someone elses blood.

Starmer is donating 1.6 billion quid to pay for 5000 missiles.

See if @Mottie is willing to send his drone in, with a scaffold pole a danglin' from it :ROFLMAO:

Blair just happened to be leader at the time, Tories would’ve played the puppet of America role just as much

As for the Ukraine war: giving Ukraine the tools to defeat Putin is the way to the minimum number of deaths.

Surrendering to Putin would mean continued and expanded aggression, he would continue in Ukraine, invade Moldova, Georgia and Baltic states

Vinty hates EU so he is happy to be on Putins side

Having done well (and expecting to do better) in RR I said to the Missus last week we should stick a few K in BAE, she said no.
You know there's a 3x Rolls Royce, if you're feeling lucky.
Trump made bitcoin pop up a little. Natural Gas is up 6% today. Trump is getting Taiwan Semi, who make the world's best chip, to build a plant in the USA.. Biden should have done that.

Taiwan will be Chinese soon. Trump has dumped Europe, and is looking at the Japan/South Korea pact next. Taiwan are an irrelevance to Trump, just like everyone else, except Poo Tin and his allies.

Explains the rise in taxing the arses off of us all.

War is profitable just not for the little people.
Starmer waffles about ' Coalition of willing', more a case of Coercion of the unwilling, who in their right minds would want to see their kids sent to die in wars based on lies and greed.

I thought he said boots would only be the ground after a peace deal has been agreed and America are prepared to back them up if need be.

Putin started the war, it is a war in Europe. U.K. is in Europe
Defending Ukraine against an Imperialist dictator is not a war based on lies and greed from our side.

Defending Ukraine would be a just reason, with a clear objective and a clear exit strategy…..unlike Iraq and Afghanistan

I don't see a Defeat for Poots in the offing however much longer Z is supplied with what he has now. He's losing. P has obviously upped his drone production, is using glide bombs effectively, can hit where he likes. He could flatten Kyiv if he wanted to, either gradually, or in one go. Z's manpower problem is even worse than P's, and P is doing more destruction without involving close combat.
What possible scenarios are there whereby Putin loses?

How do you negotiate a peace deal with a dictator who just ignores any agreements and is only interested in Imperialism.

You seem to think agreeing a “peace deal” would bring peace.
How naive.

“He could flatten Kyiv if he wanted to” …..yeah of course he could, he is just extending the war for a bit of fun. Come on, don’t post things that are clearly nonsensical

I see Trump has stopped all aid to Ukraine.

Entirely predictable given that he is now fully aligned with Putin.

I suppose dictators are drawn to each other

The US has provided $65.9bn in military support to Ukraine since Russia’s February 2022 invasion but further contributions hang in the balance after Donald Trump ordered a pause Monday on aid to Kyiv. The Grunadia - puts the UK's offer of £2bn into perspective when it comes to helping Ukraine.
