more lambs to the slaughter.....

Hmmm with or without a delicious garlic and mint marinade, slowly spit roasted over charcoal embers, for that original flavour, then served on a bed of salad with a mixed cous cous .
A cheeky bottle of Zifandel ice cold.
Lemon Sorbet to finish.
