There appears to be some tile slippage. This may be historic. I would advise it is inspected by a qualified roofing specialist.
Internally there appears to be some deflection of the roof timbers, I would advise it is inspected by a qualified Structural engineer
There also appears to be evidence of activity by wood boring beetle. I would advise it is inspected by a qualified by a timber treatment specialist.
