Grant oil boiler switch not cutting in boiler

Hi All

I wonder if anyone has come across and can help me with this issue?

I have a Grant Combi 70 oil central heating boiler, which is fully operational when manually operated. The boiler has an ACL Type 711 7-day single channel electronic timeswitch. The issue is that the timer switch is coming on at the correct set time but not firing the boiler. All switches on the boiler are correctly set for timed operation.

Can anyone help me regarding how to troubleshoot this please?

Timer is faulty if you can fire the boiler manually.
