Low Pressure - Grant Vortex Pro boiler

Boiler is a grant Vortex Pro oil boiler, the low pressure light is on resulting in boiler not firing up. The Low pressure switch is activated even when there is enough water and boiler is pressurized. Anyone come across this.
 
Replaced pressure switch, same problem. Low pressure red light is on, boiler will not fire up, water pressure is at 1 bar.
 
By pass the pressure switch to see if it works. If it does, then look again at the pressure switch or a blockage in the port to it.
