Grants Combi 90 V3 - not firing up help!

Hi needing urgent help no heating or hot water.
Boiler was working fine then stopped - went to check pressure had dropped to just above zero. No amber lockout illuminated.
Repressurised to 1 bar.
Pump running fine boiler still not firing.

Got someone to look at it checked power to burner with Meter not showing any voltage thinks may be PCB - am not so sure.

Can anyone give me any pointers - had snow for 3 days.

Try the high limit cut out reset button.

99% chance the temperature PCB is goosed! try turning off the mains electrical supply for a few seconds and then on again - you may find the burner will fire (until the PCB freezes again!!) very common fault on this model boiler

If pressure dropped, good chance of high limit cut out has tripped.
