Greyed out icons

For the past few weeks, I only get greyed out icons when composing a message so unable to add hyperlinks etc - looks like this:

I’ve had it before but I can’t for the life of me remember how I sorted it. On my iPad only. Don’t get it on my iPhone. I’ve tried logging out and then back in but still no difference. I tried logging in on a private browser page and that works. :

Any idea how to correct it?

Any idea how to correct it?

Its probably because you're using an iPad and it doesn't allow you to because of the permissions. Have you got the DIYnot app or are you using it from the web browser?

Maybe accidently changed the BB code setting, on one they are all greyed out, on the other they are available.
