Having problems with my concealed Grohe flush. After flushing, water continues to pour into the bowl. This is the second time this has happened in 9years - after the first time (approx 3yrs after it was fitted) we had to buy a whole new cistern to get the relevant piece. Can anyone advise if we just need to buy the seals - if so, where can we get them from?
Thanks in advance.

you can buy just the rubber seal if its the seal thats failing and not going over the overflow.

have you a pic of the flush valve ?

Thanks for quick reply, Karl, but since posting the message I have found another thread which gives a tel.no. for Grohe. Grohe said I can get the part from Jewsons or Plumbcentre.

plumbcentre are a stockist for grohe.
but with their brains they'll probably want to know the model valve etc.
