Grohe Euphoria System Constantly Dripping

Hi,

Have had the above shower for about 3.5 years, recently it has started contanstly dripping from two locations and seems to be getting worse, 1 being the main shower head and 2, from near the Thermostat Control. Shown below after taking the plastic cover off.

Questions are is it just the Thermostatic Compact Cartridge that has a fault? Is it worth trying to tighten it? Can I get away with a normal adjustable spanner to tighten it? Or do I need to get the special 34mm tool? (If so any ideas where to get it from?) Google wasn't very forthcoming with ideas!!

This shower has a 5 years guarantee.
And the cartridges are quite expensive so i would contact grohe first before you throw money at it.
Yes adustable spanner will undo the cartridge collar, One end is 34mm the other is 19mm.

Thanks very much for advice, Grohe contacted, engineers visited, cartridge changed, no £'s spent!! Much appreciated.
