Grohe Rapido cartridge

I got a call from home to say they couldn't turn off the shower....
Its a Grohe Rapido with the shower/bath diverter kit (Allure etc).
Is this likely to be the cartridge needing replacing ?
It doesn't look too tricky to do from the instructions, but I don't want to waste (quite a lot of) money if its unlikely to be that.

Yep, I know you can't tell from your keyboard, but if anyone's had this experience and can tell me probably yes or probably no, I'd be grateful.

Lol yeah well thanks for all your help.

It was the 'aquadimmer' which is a cartridge which switches the flow between bath and shower. A bit of a funny device tbh, but quite easy to swap out. There are a couple of youtube videos which gives some help...the one from "East West Properties" is not an oscar winner but practical information.

Pricey though...I bought from Amazon to get quick delivery...77 quid.
