Gutter overflow - block overflow

Hi,

Part of my gutter is leaking water down on my house wall. I presume its cos the gutter isnt flush with the wall. I am attaching a picture of what i mean...NB the pic should be 45 degrees clockwise.

I am thinking that maybe some silicone sealant or expanding foam type product might solve my issue.

Can anyone recommend a product that I could use based on the pic below.

It could be that the gutter stop end is either missing or leaking....either way, water should flow away from that point.
If water is running down the flashing and then onto the wall, use some silicone sealant to channel the water into the gutter.
