I'm trying to think about what to do with a small section of a flat roof over sliding front door. During rain it pours relatively heavily over anyone entering the house and I would like to have a neat (as its front of the house) guttering solution.

The problem is that there is no wall between the doors and the roof to fix anything to and moreover it would look not great if any guttering runs in from of the door. So ideally a solution should be at the same level as flat roof (10-12cm of concrete slab with currently just felt overhanging it, no facias etc).

Any ideas of what can be done? There is also small section on the side(it's a porch area) that has a wall where proper guttering could be done I guess, but I don't know how to divert water into that direction without leaving standing water on the roof (if an edge is installed on the front section)...

Thanks.

you would need to change the fall of the flat roof, so it discharges to the side
