If people are going to play with explosives there is a risk. It also makes a joke about professed concern for the environment, global warming and all the other reasons for crocodile tears. The atmospheric pollution is significantly increased in the uk in early November, and some of it would be banned in an industrial process.

With the size of some of the bombs that are let off nowadays, it sounds more like a battlefield than a fireworks party.
