Will I comply, well maybe, but after I have sought further advice from a spark, bet he says it is not necessary, but maybe we shall see in the near future. When I moved into this new house the installer of the electrics didnt even bother to label the CU as to what works what numerically as provided on the CU case, since then I had to track down by switching breakers off and on to note what indeed controls what, now I would think no house holder would have to do that and it could have/should have been done once the install was done, and simply by using the transparent windows. Good Lord, I know nothing, but I know nothing more than this lot of incompetents who built this house and the snagging forums are full ot it indicating I am not alone. Building regs; is that covered by the three point inspection these new builds are supposed to go through, if indeed it is then the whole lot failed miserably.
Here are the specs and blurb ver batim from the relevant site where I got them from initially, leave this as it is now please, beginning to wish I had not put this post up here as I am more confused and bewildered than I was previously, a lesson learned for me even at my age.

POWER REQUIREMENTS: This machine requires a heavy-duty power supply and must not be used with extension leads! A lot of our customers have luck running on a 13A outlet, but we don't recommend this. This machine does not come supplied with a plug. A dedicated 16A blue commando plug/socket is required for trouble-free startups, best performance and longevity of the electric motor/capacitors. A C32 MCB breaker is recommended for the dedicated supply. Equally with running off a generator, it should be suitably sized as startup current can exceed 45A for a few milliseconds - running amps range from 9A to around 13A depending on load.
