Discovered this in a block of flats today when quoting for some improved dusk-dawn lighting.

I wonder when they are coming back to finish?

Had a sneaky peak around other nearby cabinets and things don't look much better.

At least all the red spots are present in the fuse holders, take care with this type of fuse holder as they can drop out and leave the screw head exposed (which is live when in service).

Theres that much live metal in there its a 500v gloves job, not that I actually want the job anyway!

The fuse board side of it shouldn't be too bad, bar the neutral bar is exposed. The phase bus bars are not exposed.
The contactor is a little bit naughty as the terminals are exposed to touch.
