Happy times

After working most weekends this year, I have now finally embraced the christmas spirit and spent yesterday and today with my 'little' girl.

We recorded (done that thing on sky plus) 'A Nightmare Before Christmas' and watched it when we got home from shopping yesterday.

My 4 year old literally loved it, and by her infectious laughter I was hooked.

So, onto today, and ET came on. My same 4 year old grabbed me and would not let me go as ET arrived.... did the ET thing and then flew home.

She now demands a BMX to fly like 'the little ET did'

Just thought Id share it with y'all. Weekends like this just cant be any better.

despite all the doom and gloom in the news and that gets posted on here by many, its nice to hear someone come out with something cheery. You cant beat the excitment a child has for christmas. My three year old is already making christmas special.

And a cheery thought for these bad times. Youll never be so poor that you cant afford to shop in lidls or aldi!
