There are no 16A fuses for FCUs; 13A is the highest, same as UK plugs.

Since 2 years old, I think a little pointless.

I have many times looked at Screwfix descriptions and realised wrong.
A wall thermostat marked SPST when SPDT does not matter that much. But a clamp on meter listed as AC/DC on amps and volts when only AC amps is however worrying.

Most FCUs you buy these days are no good with a sustained 13A load, god forbid anything higher than they are designed for!

I always end up replacing with MK which generally stops a re-occurance, but I'm not sure they are quite as good these days as their old square corner logic range was
