Have you all stopped using connector strips for wago type connectors

Hi just the above really, just wanted to know if strips are now obsolete and the sparks are all using wago type, lever or push ?

Just looking at a video after reading this post comparing wago and chock block, no mention of how large they will be when trying to fit them in a back box.
 
I’m old fashioned. I still use connector blocks. I do have some wagos, and they have their uses, but they are more expensive and much more bulky once you need to connect more than a couple of wires together, and you have to carry 2,4,6 and 8 hole wagos when a stirp connector will do them all.
 
Use a lot on lighting as yet not on socket circuits, i think i heard Wago have brought out a new range with higher current ratings.
First time i ever used them 1 light had no power, despite cable in properly, cut it off and replaced then all ok.
 
We had a run of clear 15 amp connecters that were so thin they split when tightened, put me off using them after that and only used the White case ones
